摘要
目的对比呼吸机湿化罐自动加水和手动加水的湿化效果。方法选取我院2016年8月—2017年8月所收治的使用呼吸机治疗的患者100例,根据患者入院时间分为研究组和参照组,每组各50例,参照组患者采用手动加水呼吸机湿化罐,研究组患者采用自动加水的呼吸机湿化罐,对比2组患者呼吸机湿化罐缺水情况、分泌物变化情况、加水时间等。结果研究组患者加水时间少于参照组患者加水时间,缺水率2%,少于参照组的缺水率20%,研究组患者总有效率96%,高于参照组患者的总有效率80%,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自动加水呼吸机湿化罐湿化效果相比手动加水呼吸机湿化罐的效果好。
Objective To compare the humidification effect of automatic and manual water adding for the ventilator humidification tank. Methods 100 patients with ventilator in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017, according to the admission time, were divided into study group and control group, 50 cases in each group, control group with manual water humidification, study group with automatic water humidification, ventilator humidification water shortage, water changes, discharge time etc between two groups was compared. Results The time of adding water in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the water shortage rate was 2%, which was less than 20% in the control group. The total effective rate of the study group was 96%, which was higher than that of the control group of 80%. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). ConclusionThe effect of automatic water ventilator humidification tank is better than that of manual water ventilator.
