摘要
目的研究分析糖尿病合并高血压患者临床教育和护理的方法,探讨患者并发症控制方式,改善患者的临床生活质量。方法根据该院2011年10月—2012年10月接收的糖尿病高血压患者50例来分析研究,为患者提供药物指导、饮食指导、运动指导、心理护理等等护理方式,对患者的临床护理情况进行分析研究。结果此次研究的患者经过护理之后,对糖尿病高血压的基本知识有了较深的了解,有90%的患者完全掌握了健康教育内容,有7%患者基本了解,有3%的患者不太了解。患者对健康教育的内容掌握情况理想,患者的生活水平有了很大的改善,生活质量明显提升。结论糖尿病合并高血压患者临床中接受健康教育后,患者的疾病知识有了很大的提升,对患者科学管理能够降低患者的并发症几率,让患者的生活质量得到改善。
Objective To research and analyze the clinical education and nursing method of patients with diabetes and hypertension and study the control method of complications and improve the clinical quality of life. Methods 50 cases of patients with diabetes combined with hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were selected and the patients were given the drug guidance, dieting guidance, motor guidance and mental nursing, and the clinical nursing of patients was analyzed and studied. Results After nursing, the patients had a deeper understanding of diabetes and hypertension basic knowledge, and 90% of patients totally mastered the health education contents, and 7% basically mastered the health education knowledge, and 3% did not master the knowledge, and the mastery condition of patients to the health education contents was ideal, and the living standards of patients were greatly improved, and the quality of life were obviously improved. Conclusion The health education of patients with diabetes and hypertension can greatly improve the knowledge of disease of patients, and the scientific management of patients can reduce the occurrence probability of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
