交流充电桩互操作性测试系统设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着充电桩的不断增加,针对充电桩的检测也将需要投入一定的设备及人力。为满足交流充电桩与电动汽车的互连互通的需求,提出交流充电桩与电动汽车之间互操作性的试验方法和系统方案。文章设计交流充电桩互操作性测试的系统,由车辆控制器模拟盒装置、电池模拟装置、测试仪表等组成,精确测试交流充电桩充电控制过程、连接控制时序、充电异常状态等测试内容,有效提高电动汽车使用安全性和可靠性。 With the increasing of charging pile, the detection of charging pile will need to invest in certain equipment and man- power. In order to meet the requirement of interconneetion between alternating current (AC) charging post and electric vehicle, the test method and system scheme of the interoperability between AC charging post and electric vehicle are proposed. This paper designs an interoperable test system for AC charging pile, which is composed of vehicle controller simulator, battery simulator, test instrmnent and so on. Accurate testing of AC charging pile charging control process, connection control timing, charging abnormal state and other testing content, effectively improve the safety- and reliability of electric vehicles.
