摘要
在国家《餐厨垃圾处理技术规范》的基础上,对餐饮垃圾和厨余垃圾产生量预测进行了深入研究。通过研究全国代表城市的餐饮垃圾产生量,分析了餐饮习惯与餐饮垃圾产生量的关系,探索了通过餐饮业零售额间接预测餐饮垃圾产生量的方法;并分析了厨余垃圾的组成以及各组成部分的预测方法。结合国内外餐饮垃圾和厨余垃圾的收集情况,分析了2种垃圾的收集率。
The prediction on generation quantity of food residue and kitchen waste was deeply studied on the basic of Technical Code for Food Waste Treatment. The relationship between dining habits and generation quantity of food residue was analyzed by studying food waste production of some representative domestic cities. And the method which could indirectly predict food residue production with retail sales of catering services was researched. Meanwhile,the component of kitchen waste and the forecasting methods of each component were analyzed. Finally,combined with collection of food residue and kitchen waste in domestic and international cities,the collection rate of two kinds of garbage was analyzed.
