摘要
目的观察扶正强督灸法对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨质代谢及其相关内分泌激素的调节作用。方法对40例绝经后骨质疏松症患者,采用温针灸及督脉灸治疗。观察治疗前后骨密度、骨质代谢指标、内分泌激素变化和安全性指标的变化。结果治疗后骨密度较治疗前提高(P<0.05);治疗后内分泌激素卵泡刺激素、雌二醇含量较治疗前提高(P<0.05);治疗后骨质代谢指标骨钙素、甲状旁腺激素、降钙素水平较治疗前提高(P<0.05)。治疗后安全性指标均在正常范围内。结论扶正强督灸法对绝经后骨质疏松症的成骨细胞活性增加及成骨细胞生长有积极的促进作用,对其相关的内分泌激素分泌亦有一定的补偿作用,一定程度上可以纠正骨代谢负平衡状态。
Objective To investigate the regulating effect of body resistance-strengthening and Du meridianreinforcing moxibustion on bone metabolism and its related endocrine hormones in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Method Forty patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis received warm needling moxibustion and Du meridian moxibustion. Bone density, bone metabolism indicators, endocrine hormones and safety indicators were observed before and after treatment. Result Bone density increased after treatment compared with before(P〈0.05). Endocrine hormones follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol contents increased after treatment compared with before(P〈0.05). Bone metabolism indicators osteocalcin, parathyrin and calcitonin levels increased after treatment compared with before(P〈0.05). The safety indicators were within the normal range after treatment. Conclusion Body resistance-strengthening and Du meridian-reinforcing moxibustion has a positive promoting effect on osteoblast activity and growth and a certain compensating effect on secretion of its related endocrine hormones and can correct the negative balance of bone metabolism to a certain extent in postmenopausal osteoporosis.
