New method of removing silt from gravel bed of sinking pipe

摘要 结合现有的清淤设备和方法,利用漂浮式母船与水下清淤系统相结合的方式,根据沉管基床垄顶和垄沟回淤情况,采用环保疏浚中成熟应用的螺旋刀头将沉积淤泥扰动为泥水混合物,冲刷系统再次冲刷垄顶和垄沟残余淤泥扰动为泥水混合物。清淤泵提供动力,通过已成熟应用在港珠澳沉管碎石基床面的清淤系统吸头将泥水混合物吸走,实现基床垄顶和垄沟清淤,达到预期的清淤效果,实现对沉管基床的清淤施工。该方法可进一步为构筑物水下基床的清淤施工提供借鉴。 Combined with the existing desilting equipment and methods, using the combination of floating mother ship and underwater silt cleaning system, according to the condition of siltation in the top of bed and furrow of sinking pipe, the silt deposit is disturbed into muddy water mixture by the spiral knife head which is used in environmental protection dredging, and the residual silt on the top of the ridge and the residual silt in the furrow is disturbed into the mudwater mixture by the scouring system again. The desilting pump provides the power to suck the mud-water mixture away from the mud-water mixture through the suction head of the desilting system used in Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge sinking tube gravel base surface, so as to realize the silt clearing at the top of the base bed and the furrow, achieve the expected silt clearing effect. The desilting construction of sinking pipe bed can be realized, and the method can further provide references for foundation bed desilting construction of underwater structure.
