摘要
"互联网+"的时代背景让智慧政务得到进一步发展,也让其成为政府构建服务形象的标杆。为了更好地提高政务服务水平与效率,利用大数据分析工具——Tableau,结合智慧宝安政务服务管理规范,通过对政务大数据的分析,从而发现与解决智慧政务服务平台中的业务逻辑异常与数据异常问题,真正落实"互联网+政务服务"的决策部署,推动智慧宝安政务服务从被动响应型管理向主动推送型服务转型,从粗放化管理向精细化管理转型。同时使办事效率大大提高,平均办事等候时间由30分钟缩短为15分钟,平均办结时间由107小时缩短为63小时,效能提升了41.1%。
Smart government service has got further development in the background of ＂Internet＋＂,and has also made it as the image benchmark of construction of government service.In order to improve the level of government services b,in this paper,with the help of big data analysis tool-Tableau and the smart government service management standard,we solve the problems of business logic anomalies and data anomalies in the smart government affairs service platform to truly implement the decisionmaking and deployment of ＂Internet＋ government services＂ and push the wisdom of government services passive response management to proactive service transformation from extensive management to fine management transformation.At the same time,the efficiency of the work has been greatly improved.The average waiting time has been shortened from 30 minutes to 15 minutes.The average handling time has been shortened from 107 hours to 63 hours,and the effectiveness has increased by 41.1%.
