摘要 地方工科院校教师教学发展策略是在融入工科高校特点、元素及教师发展的实践性、应用型特征的基础上,为实现教师内在发展、自主发展而制定的行动指南和激励措施,是促进教师教学发展的根本保障。本文通过对研究地方工科院校教师教学发展策略目的与意义的探讨、内在主旨的剖析、策略实施的重构与运用以及在运用过程中需注意的问题等几方面进行了思考与重构,为持续不断地完善与提升教师教学发展策略奠定基础。 Teaching development strategies are the guidelines and incentives on the basis of the characteristics,elements and the development of teachers practice and application characteristics in Local Engineering Colleges,mainly for the realization of inner development,autonomy development,which is the fundamental guarantee to promote the development of teaching. This article discusses several aspects about the researching purpose and significance of teaching strategies in local engineering colleges,analyzing the inherent substances,reconstruction and implementation of teaching development strategies and application analysis,we should pay attention to the problem of reflection and reconstruction,it lays the foundation for continuous improving teaching strategies.
