摘要
目的茵陈五苓散化裁结合穴位贴敷治疗混合型颈椎病的临床疗效考察。方法选取2015年7月~2017年6月收治广州及佛山南海地区的70例混合型颈椎病患者,采取随机数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组35例,研究组采取茵陈五苓散化裁结合穴位贴敷的方式进行治疗,对照组采取西药常规药物治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后研究组VAS评分明显低于对照组,临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论茵陈五苓散化裁结合穴位贴敷治疗混合型颈椎病临床效果佳,可以为临床广泛使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinchenwuling decoction and acupoint application on the treatment of mixed cervical spondylosis. Methods 70 patients with mixed cervical spondylosis from July 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 35 patients were treated with conventional medical treatment in the control group. 35 patients were treated with Yinchenwuling decoction and acupoint application in the treatment group. After treatment,the two groups were compared with VAS and comprehensive efficacy. Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of VAS and comprehensive efficacy（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yinchenwuling decoction and acupoint application have a significant effect on mixed cervical spondylosis.
