婴儿促纤维增生型星形细胞瘤(DIA)的少见MRI表现 被引量：4

摘要 病例资料例1,患儿,男,20个月,无诱因出现跛行,左下肢乏力3个月,左上肢乏力1个月。无意识丧失,无恶心、呕吐,无抽搐,无大小便失禁。专科查体：左侧上下肢肌力3级,右侧上下肢肌力5级,余无特殊。影像检查：MRI增强扫描示肿瘤位于右侧丘脑区,最大横截面约5.5cm×2.8cm,为囊实性,实性为主,实性部分呈稍长T1、稍长T2信号,增强后明显强化,增强后明显强化（图1a）,囊性T1WI呈低信号。
