摘要
目的:探讨风险管理对手术室护理差错发生率和患者满意度的影响。方法:选取某院手术室2014年5月~2016年5月收治的患者80例,随机将这些患者分为风险管理组(n=40)和常规管理组(n=40)两组,常规管理组患者接受常规护理,风险管理组患者接受风险管理,然后对两组患者的手术室护理差错发生情况、满意度进行统计分析。结果:风险管理组中护理记录差错1例,术后护理不当1例,手术室护理差错发生率为5.0%(2/40);常规管理组中术前准备不充分3例,违规操作4例,医嘱执行不当3例,护理记录差错7例,术后物品清点不当5例,术后护理不当6例,手术室护理差错发生率为70.0%(28/40)。两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。风险管理组对医疗环境、服务态度、专业技能、护患关系满意度分别为90.0%(36/40)、97.5%(39/40)、92.5%(37/40)、92.5%(37/40),均显著高于常规管理组85.0%(34/40)、92.5%(37/40)、87.5%(35/40)、87.5%(35/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理能够有效降低手术室护理差错发生率,提高患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the impact of risk management on the incidence of nursing errors and patient satisfaction in the operating room.Methods:80 patients treated in a hospital May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into risk management group(n=40,risk management)and routine management group(n=40,routine management).The nursing errors and satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:In the risk management group,there were 1 case of nursing record error and 1 case of improper postoperative nursing care.The incidence of nursing error in operating room was 5.0%(2/40).In the routine management group,there were 3 cases of inadequate preoperative preparation,4 cases of irregular operation,3 cases of improper execution of doctor's orders,7 cases of incorrect nursing records,5 cases of improper counting of postoperative items,6 cases of improper postoperative nursing,and the incidence of nursing errors in the operating room was 70.0%(28/40).The incidence of nursing errors in the risk management group was lower than that in the routine management group(P〈0.05).The medical environment,service attitude,professional skills and nurse-patient relationship in risk management group was90.0%(36/40),97.5%(39/40),92.5%(37/40),92.5%(37/40),respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the routine management group [85.0%(34/40),92.5%(37/40),87.5%(35/40)and87.5%(35/40)(P〈0.05)].Conclusion:Risk management can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing room care errors,improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
