摘要
对用硫氰酸盐光度法测定钼矿石中WO_3的不确定度进行评定,根据结果计算公式建立数学模型,讨论了天平称样、样品定容、标准的系列配制、工作曲线的拟合、重复性测定等对WO_3测量结果引入的不确定度分量,并评估了WO_3标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。
The uncertainty of the determination of WO3 in molybdenum ore samples by thiocyanate spectrophotometric method was evaluated,and a mathematical model was established according to the formula of the results. The uncertainty components of WO3 measurement results,such as balance measurement,sample volume determination,standard series preparation,work curve fitting and repeatability measurement,are discussed. And the standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of WO3 are evaluated.
