摘要
目的探讨回馈教学式健康教育对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖及健康素养的影响。方法将80例产科门诊产检的妊娠糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组按常规进行健康教育,观察组采用回馈教学式健康教育,均干预8次。干预前后测评患者血糖及健康素养水平。结果干预后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白值显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),健康素养总分及沟通能力、应用能力得分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论回馈教学式健康教育可有效改善妊娠糖尿病患者血糖水平,提高其健康素养,是一种行之有效的健康教育方法。
Objective To explore the effects of health education using the teach-back method on blood glucose and health literacy for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 80 patients with GDM in obstetric outpatient clinic were randomized into an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received health education using the teach-back method,both of the two groups received health education for 8 times.The level of blood sugar and health literacy of the two groups were measured before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 hpostprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05,P0.01),while the total score of health literacy and the score of communication ability and application ability were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.01 for all).Conclusion Health education using the teach-back method could effectively improve blood glucose level for patients with GDM,and enhance their health literacy,thus it is an effective health education method.
