摘要
该课题项目研究了一种基于单片机技术的超声波智能测水位系统。该系统使用超声波作为传感器,通过以单片机STC89C52RC集成电路为处理器,支撑软件设计,能够以非接触方式测出明渠水位,数码管实时显示输出结果,同时将其转化为相应的电信号待输出。对0.200~4.500m范围进行了多次测试,系统的稳定性、重复性及线性度达标。
The paper studies an ultrasonic intelligent water-level measuring system based on MCU. By using the STC89 C52 RC micro-controller as the senor and using the singlechip integrated circuit of STC89 C52 RC as the core processor in the software design, the system can use ultrasonic sensors to measure the water level of the open canal in a non-contact mode, with its digital tubes displaying the output result in time, and transforming it into corresponding electrical signals to be outputted. More tests are conducted for the range of 0.200~4.500 m, with all the stability, the repeatability and the linearity all reaching the standards.
