摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预在预防妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇并发症中的应用价值。方法选取该院2015年1月—2017年12月收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇120例,按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,每组60例。对照组仅接受常规护理,干预组在其基础上接受优质护理干预,主要措施有心理干预、健康教育、饮食护理等。比较两组血糖控制、并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果经护理干预后干预组空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。该组孕产妇及围生儿并发症发生率显著低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预能有效控制妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇血糖水平,减少并发症,提高护理满意度。
Objective To study the clinical value of excellent nursing intervention in predicting the complications of maternal women with gestational diabetes. Methods 120 cases from Januaty 2015 to December 2017 of maternal women with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the intervention group used the excellent nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, and the major measures included the mental intervention, health education and dieting nursing, and the control of blood glucose, occurrence of complications and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the FPG and 2hPG levels in the intervention group were obviously better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of complications was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfactory degree was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The excellent nursing intervention can effectively control the blood glucose level of maternal women with gestational diabetes, reduce the incidence rate of complications and improve the nursing satisfactory degree.
