定量磁敏感图在中枢神经系统疾病中的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 传统MRI通常基于一些基本的物理特性,包括各种生物组织或液体的自旋密度,纵向和横向弛豫时间。同时,还存在大量其他物理现象,如扩散、灌注、流空、化学位移等来增强MRI的图像对比。磁化率是物质的一种物理特性,可反映物质在外磁场中的磁化程度。当磁化率源置于外磁场时,会引起局部磁场变化。在传统的MRI中,磁化率引起的磁场变化往往被视为图像伪影的来源。然而,磁化率也是组织的一种内在特性,如果能有效地加以利用.
