急性胰腺炎患者血中降钙素原的检测 被引量:2

摘要 急性胰腺炎(Acute pancreatitis,AP)是临床十分常见的一种消化系统疾病,临床表现以发热、恶心、呕吐、急性上腹痛等为特点,但有少部分患者(25%左右)临床表现极凶险,出现全身炎症反应、多器官功能衰竭,还可出现局部并发症,进展成为重症AP,个别严重患者可导致死亡[1-2]。
