摘要 传统的台区低压配电无有效通信手段,仅有的通信方式如短距离无线通信或者采用公网进入运营商网络,前者通信距离短,易受干扰,后者有信号盲区,并产生月服务费等问题。该课题研究的是一种基于台区低压配电载波通信在线监测新装置,通过配电网已有的台区配变监测计量终端远程通信方式,由配电载波通信前端机接收到配电载波通信后端监测机的数据信息,再由配变监测计量终端传送到主站,实现低压线路远程在线监测。结果表明,课题研究论述的系统装置,使用后达到预期效果,不增加通信费用,充分利用现有设备及通信方式,利于推广普及。 There is no effective communication method for low-voltage power distribution in the traditional courts, and only communication methods such as short-range wireless communication or using public network to enter carrier networks, the former communication distance is short, easy to be disturbed, the latter has the signal blind area, and generates the monthly service charge and so on. The research of this topic is a kind of new on-line monitoring device based on low voltage distribution carrier communication in courts, through the remote communication mode of the courts metering terminal that existing in the distribution network. The data information of the back-end monitoring machine is received by the front-end of the distribution carrier communication, and then is transmitted to the master station by the distribution monitoring metering terminal, so that the remote online monitoring of the low-voltage line is realized. The result shows that the system device of the research and discussion is expected to achieve the expected effect, not increase the communication cost, make full use of the existing equipment and communication methods, and facilitate the popularization.
