摘要
通过对高铁电子产品的制造环境和有铅无铅混装焊接的工艺难点进行分析,提出了相对应的解决措施,为满足高铁产品的高可靠性要求提供了技术保障。
By analyzing the manufacturing environment of high-speed rail electroric products and the technical difficulties in lead and lead-free hybrid welding, the corresponding solutions are put forward, which provides the technical support for meeting the high reliability requirements of high-speed rail products.
