摘要
结合工程实例,对商住混合高层建筑中在狭小空间下进行大截面转换梁的施工技术开展研究。通过在梁底采用预制混凝土垫块支撑模板、在浇筑转换层下一层混凝土时先将框支梁面筋安装完毕并用钢管支架临时固定、提前对转换层对应区域的模板支撑系统进行加强等措施,同时对钢筋工程和混凝土工程进行合理优化,确保了施工质量,取得了良好的实施效果。
Combined with engineering practices, a study was conducted on the construction technology of large cross-section transfer girder in narrow space for commercial and residential mixed high-rise building. The construction quality has been ensured and good effect has been obtained by using of precast concrete cushion blocks at the bottom of the beam to support the formwork, and before concrete pouring of next floor of transfer floor, completion of surface rebar arrangement in frame-supported beam and having it temporarily fixed by steel pipe support, by strengthening of the formwork support system in the corresponding areas of transfer floor in advance, and reasonable optimizing of the steel bar and concrete engineering.
