摘要
从鸡球虫保护性抗原基因的种类、作用机理、免疫效果评价及影响因素等方面对鸡球虫核酸疫苗的研究进展进行了综述,以期为鸡球虫核酸疫苗的研发提供参考。
Coccidiosis is one of the major protozoa in poultry industry. Strong and attenuated live vaccines and drugs are used to control the disease. Nucleic acid vaccines are safe,efficient,stable and easy to prepare.They are widely used for the prevention of chicken coccidiosis. Therefore,the use of chicken coccidia protective antigen genes to construct nucleic acid vaccines has become a research hot spot. In this paper,the current research status,mechanism of action,immune effect evaluation and influencing factors of chicken coccidiosis nucleic acid vaccines are analyzed in order to provide reference for the research and development of chicken coccidiosis nucleic acid vaccines.
