摘要
上海市白龙港污泥深度脱水工程设计处理能力为1500 t/d(按含水率80%计),其中一半为白龙港污水处理厂浓缩污泥,另一半为上海市区6座污水厂运来的脱水污泥,采用FeCl_3和石灰复合化学调理进行深度脱水。对主要构筑物进行了详细设计,设计出料泥饼含水率达到满足填埋处置泥质要求。结合工程调试和运行情况,对污泥深度脱水系统的设计进行了分析及总结,为类似污泥深度脱水工程提供设计参考。
The capacity of advanced sludge dewatering system in the Bailonggang Wastewater Treatment Plant is 1500 t/d( sludge moisture content is 80%),half of them is thickened sludge come from the Bailonggang Wastewater Treatment Plant and half of them is dewatered sludge come from the other 6 wastewater treatment plant in Shanghai. The design of every building was introduced in detail. After treatment,the moisture content reached the discharge standards. Combined with the engineering design cases,the design of advanced sludge dewatering system was analyzed and summarized with the purpose of providing reference for design of similar municipal sludge engineering.
