摘要
采用隔油和格栅作为预处理单元去除废水中部分悬浮物和动植物油,以混凝/气浮/水解酸化/接触氧化为核心工艺处理该食品加工废水。该废水含有COD、氨氮、ss、动植物油等特征污染因子,处理水量为400 m^3/d。介绍了该废水处理工程的工艺流程、主要设计参数及设备配置。实际运行结果表明,该工艺对该废水具有良好的去除效果,出水水质完全满足当地污水处理厂的纳管标准,可为同类废水处理工程的设计和运行提供借鉴。
The grease and grille were first used to pretreat part of the wastewater containing suspension and animal and plant oils,and then the combined process of coagulation-air floatation,hydrolysis acidification and reactor-biological contact oxidation was applied for treatment of food processing wastewater as core process. The wastewater contains characteristics such as COD,ammonia nitrogen,ss,animal and plant oil,etc.,with a capacity of 400 m^3/d. The technological process,design parameters of main structures as well as equipment configuration of the project were introduced. The actual operation results showed that the system had good treatment effect. The final effluent could meet requirements of influent quality for the local municipal sewage plant. The project could provide reference for design and operation of similar projects.
