摘要
目的探讨微波理疗在预防肿瘤患者PICC穿刺点部位发生感染并发症的作用。方法置入PICC导管肿瘤患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组行PICC常规基础护理,观察组在对照组常规基础护理上再进行早期微波理疗护理,记录2组术后24 h至7 d,对穿刺点行微波理疗,20 min/次,2次/d,分别在置管后24 h、第7天观察并比较2组患者穿刺点部位感染情况。结果观察组穿刺部位渗血发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在渗血严重程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组穿刺部位感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在感染严重程度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波理疗操作简便易行,应用微波理疗穿刺点部位进行护理能够有效降低肿瘤患者PICC穿刺点部位发生感染并发症的发生率,减轻穿刺部位感染发生严重程度,从而缓解患者的痛苦,提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of microwave physiotherapy in the prevention of the infection of PICC puncture site in patients with tumor,and to relieve the mental stress and economic burden of patients. Methods One hundred patients with tumor who underwent PICC catheterization were randomly divided into observation group( n = 50) and control group( n = 50). The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing after PICC catheterization,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by early microwave physiotherapy nursing. The patients in both groups were treated by microwave physiotherapy in puncture site,20 min once,twice a day. The infection status in puncture sites was observed at 24 h and 7 days after PICC catheterization. Results The incidence rate of errhysis in puncture site was 5% in observation group,which was significantly lower than that( 13%) in control group( χ2= 4. 366,P〈 0. 05).However there was no significant difference in the severity of errhysis between two groups( P 〉0. 05). Moreover the incidence rate of infection in puncture site in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group( P 〈0. 05),moreover,there was significant difference in the severity of infection between two groups( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Microwave therapy is easy to operate. The nursing intervention of application of microwave physiotherapy in puncture point after PICC catheterization can effectively reduce the incidence rate of infection complications of patients with tumor,decrease the severity of puncture infection,so as to relieve the pain of patients,improve nursing quality.
