摘要
目的研究并构建医院护士长绩效考核指标体系。方法以三维绩效结构理论为基础,应用文献研究、质性访谈、专家小组讨论及Delphi专家咨询法构建医院护士长绩效考核指标体系。结果建立了护士长绩效考核指标体系,包含3个一级指标,9个二级指标,63个三级指标。结论以三维绩效理论构建的医院护士长绩效考核指标体系为科学、全面地考核护士长绩效提供依据。
Objective To develop performance appraisal index system for head nurses in hospitals.Methods Based on the three-dimension performance framework,a performance appraisal index system for head nurses was developed by using literature analysis method,qualitative research,expert panel discussion and Delphi technique.Results The performance appraisal index system for head nurses included 3 first-level items,9 second-level items and 63 third-level items.Conclusion The performance appraisal index system provide reference for evaluating head nurses' performance scientifically and comprehensively.
