摘要 为从各备选方案中选择出最能满足用户感性需求的产品设计方案,提出基于逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法和灰色关联分析的产品设计方案评价选择方法。使用TOPSIS法对备选方案与用户需求的各感性维度匹配度进行分析,使用灰色关联分析对备选方案与用户需求各感性维度之间的相关性进行分析。首先分别计算各备选方案到正理想解和负理想解的Euclid距离;然后分别计算各备选方案与正理想解和负理想解的灰色关联度;最后构建新的关于Euclid距离与灰色关联度的相对贴近度,相对贴近度的大小反映了各备选方案与用户需求匹配程度。最后以某数控机床设计方案选择为例,验证了该方法的有效性。 To select the product design scheme which can best meet the user's emotional needs,a product design scheme evaluation and selection method based on technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) and grey correlation analysis is proposed. TOPSIS is used to analyze the matching degree of emotional dimensions of alternatives and users' needs. Gray correlation analysis is used to analyze the correlation of emotional dimensions between the alternatives and users' needs. Firstly,the Euclid distance of each alternative to the ideal solution and negative ideal solution is calculated. Then the grey relational degree between design alternatives and positive/negative ideal solutions are respectively calculated.In the end,the relative closeness related to Euclid distance and grey relational degree is constructed,and the relative degree of relative closeness reflects the degree of matching between the alternatives and users' requirements. Finally,a numerical control machine tool design scheme is selected as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
