摘要
通过丙二酸二乙酯和F_2/N_2反应制备氟丙二酸二乙酯,并通过减压精馏对氟丙二酸二乙酯粗品进行了提纯,提纯完后产品纯度能达到95%以上。并通过实验研究了反应液浓度及F_2/N_2浓度条件对反应收率的影响。
Fluoromalonic acid two ethyl ester was prepared by reaction of malonate two ethyl ester and F2/N2,and the crude product of fluoromalonic acid two ethyl ester was purified by vacuum distillation. After purification,the purity of the product can reach more than 95%. The effect of the concentration of the reaction and the concentration of F2/N2 on the yield of the reaction was studied.
