摘要
山东是我国经济发展较快的省份之一,同时也是能源消耗大省。山东省能源结构不合理、煤炭消费过度、环保空间有限,近年来已成为制约山东省经济社会发展和电力供应保障的重要因素。为提高电力供应质效,促进经济高质量、可持续发展,山东省不断优化电力供应结构,逐步提高省外电力接纳比重。±800 k V扎鲁特—山东特高压直流输电工程,是国家规划的重点跨区输电工程,可将东北地区富余电力输送至山东省,输电能力达1 000万k W,每年可节约山东省煤炭1 700万t。综合分析山东省负荷特性、调峰能力、新能源消纳等因素,应用电力系统运行模拟软件对扎鲁特—山东特高压直流四季运行情况进行仿真研究,并给出典型运行曲线,为后续扎鲁特—山东直流调度运行以及类似特高压直流规划研究提供技术参考。
Shandong is one of the rapid emerging provinces in China,consequently,a large energy consumption province.The improper energy structure,excessive coal consumption and limited space for environmental protection in Shandong are attracting the local attentions as they are becoming the major problem that restricting economic and social development and power supply protection in Shandong in recent years.In order to improve the quality of electrical power supply,promoting high-quality and sustainable economic development,Shandong was continuously optimizing its electricity supply structure and gradually increased the proportion of power imported from other provinces. ±800 k V UHVDC transmission project form Zhalute to Shandong,a nationally planned key trans-regional transmission project,can transport surplus power from Northeast China to Shandong with a transmission capacity of 10 million kilowatts and saves 17 million tons of coal annually in Shandong.The paper comprehensively analyzes the factors such as load characteristics,peak regulation capacity and renewable energy consumption in Shandong.The power system operation simulation software is adopted for conducting a simulation study on the project from Zhalute to Shandong UHVDC in the four seasons,and gives a typical operating curve,providing reference for the scheduled operation of the project.
