摘要
目的：观察并探讨中药熥疗结合雷火灸的治疗方法对恶性腹水的临床疗效。方法：选取51例确诊为肿瘤并伴有恶性腹水的患者,接受中药熥疗结合雷火灸的方案进行治疗,比较治疗前后患者的腹水评定、免疫功能和生活质量的变化。结果：治疗后,患者腹水的有效控制率达74.51%,同时免疫功能得到改善,生活质量也得到提升,不良反应总发生率显著降低,P〈0.05具有统计学意义。结论：中药熥疗结合雷火灸的治疗方法对恶性腹水有一定疗效,值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective：To observe and discuss the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Tong therapy combined with thunder fire moxibustion on treating malignant ascites. Methods：51 patients with cancer and malignant ascites were treated with Chinese medicine Tong therapy combined with thunder fire moxibustion,and the changes of ascites,immune function and quality of life were compared before and after the treatment. Results：After treatment,the effective control rate of the ascites was 74.51%,the immune function was improved,the quality of life was improved,the total incidence of adverse reaction was significantly reduced,and P〈0.05 had statistical significance. Conclusion：Chinese medicine Tong therapy combined with thunder fire moxibustion has certain effect on malignant ascites. The curative effect is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
