摘要
博物馆是典藏、陈列人文自然遗产的非营利性机构,致力于提升公众的专业知识和欣赏水平,随着社会经济和科学技术的不断发展,博物馆的种类也越来越多,近年来以调味品为主题的专门博物馆在我国不断增多。我国的食品在制作加工的过程中讲究的是五味调和,由此可见调味品在其中发挥着巨大作用。十八大以来,习近平总书记曾多次强调要重视我国传统文化,弘扬中华民族文化自信,我国调味品的发展史可以追溯到上千年前,具有悠久的历史文化内涵,调味品博物馆的建立,有利于我国传统文化的传承和发扬,具有重要的文化价值。
Museum is non-profit organization for collecting and displaying the cultural and natural heritage,it is devoted to improving the professional knowledge and appreciation level of the public.With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,there are more and more types of museums.In recent years,the specialized museums with condiments as the theme are increasing in China.Chinese food pays great attention to the harmony of five flavors in the production process,which shows that condiments play an important role.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that we should pay attention to our traditional culture,promote the confidence of Chinese national culture.The development history of Chinese condiments can be traced back to thousands of years ago,it has a long historical and cultural connotation,the establishment of condiment museum is conducive to the inheritance and promotion of China's traditional culture and has important cultural value.
