摘要
本文结合一项全国性问卷调查,系统考察了医院不同临床科室医务人员对医患关系紧张状况差异性认知及其诱因。调查发现:分别有86.0%和86.1%麻醉科和急诊科医务人员称医患关系紧张,其他临床科室也有超过四分之三给出同样的回答。急诊科医护人员遭受患方语言辱骂和肢体冲突的比例最高。在所有科室医务人员看来,"医患沟通不畅"、"医学局限性"和"工作压力大"被列为导致医患关系紧张的诱因前三位。最后,从医务人员、科室层面提出改进医患沟通的建议,结合临床科室医患关系紧张的动态表现和诱因,优化诊疗服务流程,倡导文明就医。
This paper gives an overview of the doctor-patient relationship in China by analyzing questionnaires completed by clinical departments of 45 hospitals in 9 provinces in China. It finds that 86.0% from department of anesthesiology and 86.1% from emergency department agree that the doctor-patient relationship is tense,staff from other departments who gave the same answer is as high as 3/4,and that emergency department is most vulnerable to verbal insults and physical clashes. They agree that poor communication skills,limits of modern medicine and work stress are the top three causes for the tense relationship.Based on this,we offer suggestions on how to improve doctor-patient relationship from perspectives of both medical personnel and their departments.
