摘要
以绝湿膨胀的HCSA膨胀剂为体积稳定性核心控制材料,辅以精选沉珠为流变改性材料,制备了坍落扩展度720 mm、扩展时间3.2 s、V漏斗通过时间14.4 s、28 d抗压强度64.2 MPa和14 d绝湿限制膨胀率为0.021%的C50微膨胀自密实钢管柱混凝土。试验表明,所制备的自密实混凝土具有良好的流动性、抗离析性、微膨胀和体积稳定性,有效解决了钢管柱混凝土"脱空"问题,并将其成功应用于峄城区人民医院门诊综合楼。
Due to moisture-free expansion performance, HCSA expansive agent is selected as the key control materials of concrete volume stability, and fly ash micro-sphere is used to modify rheological property. C50 micro-expansive self- compacting concrete filled steel pipe column is prepared. The results show that the slump-flow is 720 mm, slump-flow time is 3.2 s, V-funnel test is 14.4 s, compressive strength is up to 64.2 MPa, and the restrained expansion rate of 14 days is 0.021%. The characteristics of self-compacting concrete, such as good workability, segregation resistance, and micro-expansion and volume stability, effectively solve the cavity problem of concrete filled pipe column. In addition, the micro-expansive self-compacting concrete is successfully applied in the outpatient building of Yicheng People's Hospital.
