摘要
本文介绍了电梯轿厢位置及其与井道壁间间距检测的现状,分析了现有检测技术的缺点。针对现有电梯轿厢与井道壁间距检测技术只能得到轿厢与井道壁的间距超限的点数,不能得到间距超限的具体位置的缺点,本文提出了一种结合超声波测距技术、嵌入式计算机技术和现有的电梯轿厢位置检测技术实现电梯轿厢在井道壁中的实时位置和电梯轿厢与井道壁之间的垂直间距的同时检测,以及快速得到电梯轿厢与井道壁间距超限的个数以及具体位置的方案。在此基础上分别对检测系统的硬件和软件进行了设计,开发了一种能够同时检测轿厢位置的电梯轿厢与井道壁间距的自动检测系统。
This paper introduces the status of the position detection of elevator car and the distance detection between the elevator car and the wall,and analyzes the shortcomings of the existing detection technology. According to the shortcomings of the existing distance detection between the elevator car and the well wall,that is,only the number of the distance beyond the limit between the elevator car and the well wall can be obtained,but the specific location of the distance beyond the limit can not be obtained.,this paper presents a design scheme of elevator car detection based on ultrasonic ranging technology,embedded computer technology and existing elevator car location detection technology.The scheme can not only detect the real-time location of elevator car in the well wall,but also can detect the distance between the elevator car and the well wall. At the same time,it can get the number and the specific location of the distance beyond the limit. On this basis,the hardware and software of the detection system were designed respectively,and an automatic detection system for the distance between the elevator car and the well wall was developed,which could detect the location of the elevator car at the same time.
