摘要
割草机车架主要是由薄壁件焊接而成,研究中采用多点自由度约束方法模拟零部件之间的装配关系,建立了割草机车架的有限元模型。对车架结构进行四种工况下的静态强度分析,分析结果表明了该割草机车架在左后轮悬空工况下,结构强度超过了材料的屈服极限,会发生塑性变形。研究结果为进一步结构优化提供重要的基础数据。
The frame of mower is mainly welded by thin wall parts. In this paper,the multi degree of freedom constraint method is used to simulate the assembly relationship between parts,and the finite element model of mower frame is established. And the static strength analysis of frame structures is carried out under four conditions,the results show that the structural strength exceeds the yield limit of the material and plastic deformation will occur when the lawnmower frame is in the left rear wheel suspension condition,which can provide important basic data for further structural optimization.
