摘要
通过密炼挤出联用,成功制备了不同含量的苎麻纤维增强PP复合材料,有效解决了双螺杆挤出中苎麻纤维喂料难的问题。采用偶联剂对苎麻进行表面改性,并加入PP-MAH作为相容剂,有效地提高了苎麻纤维与PP基体的界面结合力,使苎麻纤维与PP良好复合。随苎麻纤维含量的增加,复合材料的力学强度逐步增大,并在50%添加量时达到极值,材料在增强的同时,密度没有明显升高,从而满足了市场对于增强材料的强度与质轻的双重要求。针对苎麻增强PP复合材料冲击强度较低的问题,通过添加7%的POE弹性体可以明显提升材料的抗冲击性能,同时其他力学性能并没有随POE的添加而明显下降。
Internal mixer and extrusion were combined used to successfully prepare the ramie fiber reinforced PP composite, the feeding difficulty for ramie fiber during twin-screw extrusion was effectively solved. The surface modification by coupling agent, combining with PP-MAH, enhanced the interracial bonding between ramie fiber and PP to increase the mechanical properties. The mechanical strength of the composite was improved with the increase of the ramie fiber addition and the strength of the composite was approached maximum when the addition of ramie fiber reached 50%. The composite met the requirements of both reinforcement and light weight. For the low impact strength of the ramie fiber reinforced pp, adding 7% POE increased impact property, and the tensile and flexural strength of the composite were not obviously affected.
