摘要
目的探讨某三甲医院利用管理工具,有效提高病案首页数据填报质量,为医院精细化管理提供数据支持。方法选取某院2015年、2016年死亡病案的病案首页100例,50例为精益组,50例为对照组。通过六西格玛定义-测量-分析-改进-控制的方法,结合精益思想,分析影响病案首页数据准确性的重要环节,从而优化病案首页填报的质控流程。通过比较两组病案首页数据准确性,评价改进效果。结果经过实施新的病案首页质控流程,重点病案的病案首页填报的准确率从40%提高到80%。结论通过运用管理工具,进行根因分析,从多方面改进了病案首页质控工作,保证了病案首页数据质量的稳步提高。
Objective To study our hospital use management tools to improving the quality of the home page of medical record. The purpose is to provide data support for fine management. Methods 100 death records were adopted in A Hospital from 2015 to 2016, including 50 records as lean group and 50 records as control group. Through six sigma method and lean thinking, to find the important link of the medical record home page data accurately, thereby optimizing the medical record home page of the quality control process. To evaluate improvement effects through comparing accuracy of medical record home page data between two groups. Results Through the implementation of the new medical record home page quality control process, key medical record home page fill rate increased from 40% to 80%, has improved obviously. Conclusion Using management tools, returning analysis from many aspects to improve the medical record home page quality control work, to ensure the quality of the medical record home page data will increase steadily.
