摘要
目前艾滋病已成为危害人类健康的严重传染病,并且是当今全球面临的严重公共卫生问题和社会问题,也是目前影响青少年健康的主要问题。据报道,全球有一半以上艾滋病的感染者是15~24岁的青少年,近几年我国青少年的艾滋病病毒感染者净年均增长率也出现了增长态势,青年学生感染人数增加较快,以男性同性性传播为主。由于至今艾滋病尚无有效的治疗药物及特异性的疫苗,是一种不可治愈的传染病,因此,健康教育在艾滋病的预防工作中就显得尤为重要。利用健康教育的方法,采取多种形式的教育,对大学生开展预防艾滋病的健康教育,具有十分的重要性与紧迫性,并具有深远的意义。本文针对我国高校在校大学生艾滋病相关知识、行为、态度的情况,从高校健康教育的保障机制,高校艾滋病预防机制的构建,高校艾滋病健康教育的策略及形势等方面,对在大学生中开展艾滋病健康教育进行了阐述。
At present,the AIDS has become a danger to human health as serious infectious diseases,and is a serious public health problem and social problem facing the world today,and the major problem affecting adolescent health.It is reported that more than half of the global AIDS infection is the teens aged 15 to 24.In recent years,the net annual growth rate of HIV infection among young people in China has also increased.The number of young students infected increased rapidly,mainly male homosexual transmission.Since there is no effective treatment for AIDS drugs and specific vaccines,AIDS is an incurable infectious disease.Therefore,healthy education is particularly important in the prevention of AIDS.Adopting health education and in various forms are of great importance,urgency and far-reaching significance to the healthy education prevention for college students.In this paper,the development of AIDS health education among college students is described,in allusion to HIV/AIDS related knowledge,behavior and attitude of college students in colleges and universities,university health education guarantee mechanism,the construction of AIDS prevention mechanism in colleges and universities,strategies and situations of education in HIV/AIDS health in colleges and universities and so on.
