摘要
甲真菌病约占所有甲病病例的50%。糖尿病、人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染、免疫抑制、肥胖、吸烟和年龄增长是感染的诱发因素。真菌镜检和培养仍是诊断甲真菌病的标准,但新的实验诊断技术发展很快。激光和光动力疗法是可以选择的新的替代治疗方案,还需要更进一步的深入研究。
Onychomycosis accounts for approximately 50% of all the nail diseases. Diabetes,human immunodeficiency virus( HIV) infection,immunosuppressive,obesity,smoking and aging are the inducible factors of onychomycosis. although fungus direct microscopic examination and culture are still the criteria for the diagnosis of onychomycosis,new experimental diagnostic techniques are developing rapidly. Except oral and topical antifungals,lasers and photodynamic therapy are new alternatives to the treatment of onychomycosis,which requires further studies.
