SPE-HPLC法测定水中的酚类化合物 被引量:1

摘要 建立一种固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定水中的酚类化合物特别是氯酚和硝基酚几种酚类化合物的测定。吸附前使用4ml甲醇和4ml纯水活化固相萃取小柱(SPE),样品通过固相萃取小柱(SPE)时酚类化合物被吸附,后用乙腈洗脱,收集洗脱液浓缩至1ml。以V(水):V(乙腈)8:2梯度淋洗,V(水):V(乙腈)2:8结束,流速1.0m L/min,以ODS-C18分离酚类化合物,检测器波长为285nm。标准曲线线性关系均大于0.9990;检出限均小于生活饮用水卫生标准的要求;平均加标回收率在70-90%之间。 Phenol compounds especially chlorophenol and nitrophenol compounds was determinated by SPE-HPLC in water. The SPE was firstly activated by 4ml methanol and 4ml pure water, phenol compounds in the sample was absorped by SPE, eluted by acetonitrile, and then concentrated to lml. The condition of the HPLC was as follows: pure water and acetonitrile was used as mobile phase and gradient eluted from 8:2 to 2:8, the velocity of flow was 1.0ml/min. ODS-C18 was used to separate the phenol compounds, the wavelength of the VWD was 285nm. The linearity of the standard curve was higher than 0.9990, the detection limits of the phenol compounds was below the requiring of the standard for drinking water quality, the average spiked recoveries was 70%-90%.
