摘要
以贵州10种主要茶产地绿茶为原料,进行绿茶面膜制备,通过感官及产品性能(成膜性、干燥时间、稳定性、pH值)对制备的绿茶面膜进行评价。实验结果表明:绿茶面膜的最优配方为13g聚乙烯醇、3g羧甲基纤维素钠、3g绿茶粉、1.5g甘油及0.3g钛白粉搅拌均匀后,加入尼泊尔丁甲酯,食用色素调整颜色。此配方制备的绿茶面膜,呈膏体状,颜色呈淡绿色,有淡淡的绿茶清香,茶粉分散均匀,没有明显颗粒感,pH值呈现中性,成膜性和稳定性较好,容易涂抹,容易剥离,没有刺激性,使用舒适,有一定美白、紧致效果。研究可为贵州绿茶资源的深加工利用提供可靠的理论参考。
In this paper, a green tea mask was prepared from green tea in ten major tea producing areas in Guizhou. The prepared green tea mask was evaluated through sensory and product properties (film forma- tion, drying time, stability and pH value). The experimental results show that the optimum formula of green tea mask is 13g polyvinyl aleohol,3g sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 3g green tea powder, 1.5g glycerol and 0.3g titanium dioxide. Stir well and add Methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,food coloring to adjust color. The green tea fa- cial mask prepared by the formula is in the form of a paste with a light green color and a light green tea fra- grance. The tea powder is evenly dispersed without obvious graininess, the pH value is neutral, the film form- ing property and the stability are good, and the smear is easy, it is easy to peel, no irritation, comfortable to use, there is a certain whitening, firming effect. The research can provide a reliable theoretical reference for deep processing and utilization of Guizhou green tea resources.
