我国医院内感染耐药细菌蔓延的根本原因是什么

摘要 细菌耐药是对全人类健康的严重威胁，这一点无论是在医务人员的认识中，还是在世界卫生组织及多个国家的政府文件中均得到了印证。笔者不再重复那些令人震撼的数字：如全世界每年有多少人死于耐药菌感染，到了2050年我国将有多少感染患者因无药可医而死亡等。本文的重点是与读者讨论如何才能有效地延缓细菌耐药，特别是医院内细菌耐药的蔓延。
