摘要
通过检索近5年国内关于针刺治疗功能性消化不良的文献,从分子生物学、神经影像学、电生理学、代谢组学和基因组学5个方面整理并归纳,以探讨针刺治疗功能性消化不良的机制。研究发现针刺可以促进脑肠肽的分泌并引起边缘系统-大脑的协同响应,对胃电节律、分子代谢物、基因表达也有调节作用。针刺治疗功能性消化不良的作用机制是多途径的,而调节脑肠轴的功能活动是其中一个重要研究方向。
This study reviewed domestic literature of recent five years about acupuncture treating functional dyspepsia,summing up the research achievements from the aspects of molecular biology,neuroimaging,electrophysiology,metabolomics and genomics,thus to investigate the action mechanism of acupuncture treating functional dyspepsia. The study showed that acupuncture could promote the secretion of intestinal peptide,triggering the coordinated response of limbic system-brain; it also had regulative effect on gastric electric rhythm,molecular metabolites,and gene expression. This study regarded that the mechanism of acupuncture treating functional dyspepsia was multipath,and the regulation of the intestine-brain axis was one of the important research directions.
