不同质量浓度赤霉素对丹参种苗建成与药材质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 探讨赤霉素及浸种时间对丹参种苗建成以及质量的影响,采用不同质量质量浓度赤霉素和浸种时间处理丹参种子进行试验。结果表明:最适宜的赤霉素浸种质量浓度为500 mg·L-1,浸种24 h,种苗长势最好,赤霉素质量浓度主效应对种苗株高、根长和茎粗呈显著差异,赤霉素浸种时间主效应对株高呈显著差异,对根长和茎粗未呈显著差异。赤霉素质量浓度和浸种时间的交互效应对株高呈显著差异,赤霉素质量浓度和浸种时间对根长和茎粗未呈显著差异,可见赤霉素对种苗生长有促进作用。通过对产量各相关性状鲜质量、干质量、根长、侧根数及主根直径的相关性分析表明这些性状间相关性显著,可以用来作为评价丹参质量的指标。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of gibberellin and soaking time on the establishment and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza seedlings. The seeds of S. miltiorrhiza were treated with different concentrations of gibberellin and soaking time. The optimum content of gibberellin was 500 mg/L. After 24-h soaking,the growth of the seedlings was the best.The main effect of gibberellin on seedling height,root length and stem diameter showed significant difference. The main effect of gibberellin soaking time showed significant difference on plant height,but there was no significant difference on root length and stem diameter. The interaction between gibberellin concentration and seed soaking time had significant difference on plant height,but there was no significant difference between gibberellin concentration and seed soaking time on root length and stem diameter. Therefore,the gibberellin could promote seedling growth. The correlation analysis of fresh weight,dry weight,root length,root length,root number and main root diameter showed that the correlation between these traits was significant. It could be used as an index to evaluate the quality of S. miltiorrhiza and would provide a theoretical basis for the effect of gibberellin on the growth of S. miltiorrhiza.
