摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定麝香接骨丸羟基红花黄色素A含量方法。方法色谱柱:Agilent Extend C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.7%磷酸溶液(30:70);流速:1.0 m L/min;检测波长:403 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL。结果羟基红花黄色素A的回归方程为Y=25 981X-20 503(r=0.999 7),线性范围为3.20~102.27μg/m L。平均加样回收率97.95%,RSD为2.87%(n=6)。结论该法操作简便,准确,重现性好,可作为本制剂的质量控制标准。
Objective This paper tries to establish a HPLC method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A content in Huoxiang Jiegu Pills. Methods Column: Agilent Extend C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-0.7% phosphoric acid solution(30:70); flow rate: 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength: 403 nm; column temperature: 30 ℃; injection volume: 10 μL. Results The regression equation of hydroxysafflor yellow A was Y =25981 X-20 503(r=0.9997), and the linear range was 3.20 to 102.27 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 97.95%, and the RSD was 2.87%(n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as the quality control standard of the preparation.
