摘要
教务管理规范化是学校管理规范化不可或缺的重要组成部分,本文将从高校教务管理工作具有的特点,从教务管理人员所从事的工作角度分析了当前高校教务管理工作存在的问题,并结合实际工作情况,对教务管理队伍提出更高的要求,不断完善教务管理的监督执行体系、重视教务管理团队合作,有效提升高校教务管理效率与质量。
The standardization of educational administration is an indispensable part of the standardization of school management. This article will analyze the problems of educational administration in universities from the point of view of the work carried out by educational administrators, and combine with the actual working conditions.
