从锌渣中直接热力回收金属锌的工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 锌渣是一种含锌较高的工业废料,具有较大的利用价值。传统处理锌渣工艺是将其返回湿法炼锌过程当做原料,其处理工艺流程长、周期长和生产成本高等不足。为改善锌渣处理成本和效率,采用火法冶金技术直接处理含锌渣物料,研究处理工艺参数,如还原时间、温度、助熔剂添加量对处理效果影响。试验结果表明锌可以有效地从含锌渣物料中直接回收利用,当锌浮渣粒径在1.2~1.3 mm,助熔剂NH4Cl质量比例为25‰,处理温度为730℃,时间为15 min时,锌的直收率可达78%以上。 Zinc slag is a kind of industrial wastes with high zinc content, which has greater utilization value. The traditional zinc slag treatment process using the zinc slag as the raw material and feed it back into the zinc hydrating process, which has the disadvantages, such as long period treatment process flow, long period length, high production costs and so on. The pyrometallurgical technology is adopted for direct treatment of zinc-bearing materials, and the influence of process parameters, such as reaction time, temperature, flux addition on treatment effect in order to improvement of the cost and efficiency of zinc slag treatment. The test results show, zinc can be effectively recycled directly from the zinc slag materials, the direct recovery rate of zinc can reach to 78% when the particle size of zinc scum is 1.2 1.3mm, the quality ratio of flux NH4Cl is 25‰, the treatment temperature is 730℃ and the time is 15min.
