高盐工业废水零排放技术研究进展 被引量:44

Research progress in the zero discharge technology for high-salt industrial wastewater

摘要 随着《水污染防治行动计划》、新修订的《中华人民共和国环境保护法》等一系列政策法规的出台与实施,高盐工业废水零排放已成为一种发展趋势。对用于高盐工业废水零排放的废水浓缩工艺的热浓缩技术(多级闪蒸、多效蒸发、机械式蒸汽再压缩)和膜浓缩技术(纳滤、反渗透、电渗析、正渗透、膜蒸馏)进行了综述,并展望了结晶废渣的处理方法。 With the promulgation and implementation oH the Water Pollution Control Action Plan,the newly revised Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and a series of policies and regulations, the zerodis-charge of high-salt industrial wastewater has become a kind of developing trend. The thermal concentration techni-ques, i. e. multistage flash evaporation,multi-effect evaporation,mechanical vapor recompression,and membrane concentration techniques, i. e. nanofiltration,reverse osmosis, electrodialysis,forward osmosis,membrane distillation, used in wastewaters concentration process for the high-salt industrial wastewater zero-discharge are summarized. The treatment method of crystalline waste is forecast, as well.
