摘要
探明在藓∶石斛∶桑石漠化生态修复体系中铁皮石斛的最佳栽种方式,以同一批铁皮石斛种子经过无菌播种、炼苗、驯化获得的幼苗为试验材料,搭建离地高1.7m遮阳与喷灌系统,未遮阳处理为对照,进行光照对铁皮石斛长势影响的研究;将铁皮石斛移栽于石漠化山地附着藓类植物的石灰岩3个不同方位[岩石顶部(A),与地面成0~5°;岩石中部(B),与地面成45~60°;岩石垂直面(C),与地面成80~90°],并考察其长势。结果表明:经过遮阳处理,铁皮石斛的长势较好,株高、茎粗、叶长和叶宽在遮阳处理下较未遮阳处理高7.1百分点、10.2百分点、6.62百分点、和6.09百分点;不同方位铁皮石斛的株高、茎粗、叶片数、根长、根径和节间数均为岩石顶部>岩石中部>岩石垂直面;不同岩石部位铁皮石斛的茎粗、叶长和叶宽差异性不显著;株高、叶片数、根长、根径和节间数差异显著。在实际栽种时,可在适当种植密度下,选择在岩石顶部和岩石中部大量栽种。
The seedlings germinated from the same Dendrobium officinale seeds after asepsis sowing, hardening seedling and domestication were cultivated under a sunshade facility with a sprinkling irrigation system to study the effect of sunshine on growth vigor of D. officinale seedlings compared with CK (non sunshade treatment) to explore the optimal cultivation pattern of D. officinale in the stony desertification ecological remediation system of moss : D. officinale: mulberry. The growth vigor of D. officinale seedlings transplanted on three parts of limestone with moss in stony desertification area ( A, at the top of rock with 5° to the ground B,, at the middle of rock with 45 -60° to the ground and C, at the vertical surface of rock with 80--90° to the ground) was investigated. Result: The height, stem diameter, leaf length and leaf width of D. officinale seedlings under the sunshade treatment are 7.1%, 10.2%, 6.62% and 6. 09% higher than CK respectively. The height, stem diameter, leaf number, root length, root diameter and internode number of D. officinage seedlings transplanted on three parts of limestone with moss all are A 2〉 B 2〉 C. There are no obvious differences in stem diameter, leaf length and leaf width among A, B and C but there are significant differences in height, leaf number, root length, root diameter and internode number among A, B and C. The D. officinale seedlings should be malnly planted on at the top and middle part of rock under a suitable planting density in actual cultivation of D. officinale seedlings.
