摘要
分布式可再生能源发电已成为电力系统发展的新趋势。然而,由于传统配电网电压等级低、网架结构薄弱、调节能力不足,高渗透率的分布式光伏并网后将对系统的潮流流向、供电质量和安全可靠性等方面产生不容忽视的影响。因此,电网接纳光伏渗透率的极限和提高光伏渗透率的措施成为亟待研究的问题。提出渗透率的计算公式,界定不同等级光伏渗透率的范围,量化分析高渗透率光伏并网的影响,并给出提高光伏渗透率的主要措施。深入研究了高渗透率光伏场景下的壁垒,可帮助电力公司更好地管理光伏并网发电。
Distributed renewable energy generation has become a new trend in the development of power systems. However,due to the low voltage level,weak grid structure and inadequate regulation capabilities of traditional distribution networks,distributed photovoltaics with high penetration will have significant impact on power flow,power quality and reliability of the system. Therefore,the acceptance limits of PV penetration and measures to increase the PV penetration have become urgent issues to be studied. In this paper,starting from the influence of distributed photovoltaic grid-connected networks,the limits of the PV penetration in the distribution network and the factors that limit the increase in the PV penetration were studied. The effective measures for improving the PV absorption capacity using the energy storage technology were proposed.
