摘要
在"互联网+"背景下,传统的财务管理模式和观念已经严重影响到高校财务工作的效率和服务质量,与互联网时代高校的快速发展不相匹配。本文指出了高校财务管理流程存在的主要问题,阐述了高校财务管理流程的优化原则,提出了优化高校财务管理流程的对策措施,期望能对做好高校财务管理工作有所帮助。
With the coming of Internet age, the traditional mode of financial management has seriously affected the efficiency of financial work and the quality of service, which does not match with the rapid development of the era of Internet. This paper puts forward some thoughts on the process of financial management in colleges and universities from the aspects of changing thought, overall layout, building platform, optimizing process and training talents, and so on. It aimed to help provide new ideas and methods for the financial management in colleges and universities.
